Her music and fashion style emulates the 90s and 2000s, and she often samples music from that time period to get that sound.
This sound is often paired with very deep and sometimes depressing lyrics.
PinkPantheress was born Victoria Beverly Walker on April 19th,2001 to Kenyan mom who works as a caregiver and an English dad who works as a statistics professor. She was born in Bath,Somerset but moved to Canterbury,Kent when she was 5. This is the city that she would grow up in. Pink participated in music throughout her childhood, taking piano lessons, sang at her school's talent show, and even formed a cover rock band at 14. (Imagine if she still did rock music, that would be so iconic!)
Fun fact: Pink's aunt is chess player Susan Lalic and she comes from a line of chess players
In 2019, when she was still in highschool, Pink started to write and produce music for a friend of hers before making music for herself. She would produce her songs in GarageBand.
